I'm Serena Bigi and I was born on the 28th of July, 1984 in Rome.
I graduated in 2009 as Stage Designer at Academy of Fine Art in Rome and in 2014 I got a specialization at La Sapienza University of Rome in History of Modern Art.
I worked for several companies and indipendent production as assistant scenic and costume designer. In 2009-2010 I worked as internship at "Rome's Opera House" in Scenic Design and Costume theater's laboratory, where I assisted in great works development.
During college, I built my own photography's way of work and in 2011 I've got the opportunity to attend a training course in photography offered by the association “LaboratoriVisivi” in Rome (www.laboratorivisivi.it). Here I also presented my final work entitled "An offstage sight", an artist's life behind the scenes.
Between March 2014 and July 2014 I attended the course on Architecture and Urban Space held by Antonio Di Cecco. I presented my final work entitled "The city: natural scenography", as spotlights over the architecture.
During that year I've been selected as a "New Talent" for Art+Commerce and Vogue Italia.
